Day 1  - Arrival Buenos Aires 

Welcome to Buenos Aires! We will pick you up at Buenos Aires Airport and then transfer to the hotel in the city center. The rest of the day is at leisure to visit the city by your own.

We recommend to make a stop at one of the most emblematic cafes here in Buenos Aires: Cafe Tortoni, an iconic French-style café opened in 1858 and a favorite venue for the cultural elite with live tango. An important part of the history of Buenos Aires is present on its marble tables and walls, since among its most prominent clients were the writers Jorge Luis Borges, Luigi Pirandello, Federico García Lorca and Julio Cortázar, as well as the musicians Arthur Rubinstein and the mythical Carlos Gardel.

Day 2 - Sightseeing in Buenos Aires – Tango Show

Today you will be enjoy to enjoy a fantastic introduction to Buenos Aires:

In three fun-filled and exciting hours (including pick-up and drop-off times) our team of reliable and professional drivers and very passionate, attentive, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful tour guides with outstanding English skills will tour you in a small group of no more than 12 guests around Buenos Aires city, bringing it to life with their live commentary full of background information, facts and insights that you will not be able to find in any book or travel guide.

This tour offers the perfect balance between driving and light walking, which will allow you to get a great overview of the city’s most iconic areas and districts in just half of a day, and at the same time have the possibility to get off the vehicle, and walk around and have a deeper understanding of the key locations within Buenos Aires: Plaza de Mayo, La Boca neighborhood, and many other attractions.

We highly recommend doing this tour as it is a great introduction to some of the key highlights of Buenos Aires, perfect for giving you a chance to find your way around and decide where to spend more time later on. Then we go back to our hotel.

Day 3 - Full Day Tour to Colonia del Sacramento

Located just a one-hour ferry ride from Buenos Aires across the “de la Plata” River, it is really easy to squeeze in a one day visit from neighbouring Argentina.

The tour starts early in the morning as the driver picks you up from your hotel and takes you to Buenos Aires’ ferry station. After going trhough customs (note that passports are required) you board the ferry for a comfortable and pleasant 1 1/2 hours ride across the widest river in the world crossing the international border between Argentina and Uruguay. Upon arrival we meet our guide, and a driver takes us all to the gateway to the historic quarter where our walking tour around Colonia’s old town begins. During the 2 hours walk, as we get to visit each of the city’s landmarks, your very passionate, attentive, informative, knowledgeable, and helpful local expert with outstanding English skills takes us on a journey back in time, bringing what you see to life with their live commentary full of background information, facts and insights that you will not be able to find in any book or travel guide.

Then we will have some free time to explore the town on our own for the remainder of the afternoon or have lunch at one of the many local restaurants.

At the designated time, the driver picks us up and takes us to the ferry station for your ride back to Buenos Aires, where another driver is waiting to drive you back safely to your hotel.
